Hello Everyone,

I am looking for the diffusion constants of gold in silicon nitride and
chromium in silicon nitride. I would greatly appreciate any guidance
towards papers or reference volumes that might include this information.
I have come up dry with a number of different references, including the
CRC Handbooks and the Landolt-Bornstein series.
