Dear colleagues,
I am searching for a typical MEMS varactor sample from foundary service.
Few pF value with capacitor range of more than 30%. The operating voltage is
between 5 to 0V.
Potential volume for the production is quite large.
Any suggestions of where I can get the sample are welcome.
