Dear all,

I have a question about the "system on chip" and "package on chip"
especially in RF communication. "package on chip" means discreat devices
are bonding or assembling in one chip. What is the differences between
them, like performance, cost, power etc.? I want to make a list having
comparison with them.

Best regards,
