Rong,

Try RJR-4B from RJR Polymers (7875 Edgewater Drive, Oakland, CA, USA) at
[email protected]. I have used this adhesive many times and obtained a near
perfect hermetic seal. Typical Helium Leak Rate for this material is less
than 3E-8 and will survive 50 cycles in a 275 degree C solder bath with zero
failures. This material will also pass space outgassing requirements if this
is necessary. RJR Polymers provide a service that will apply the adhesive to
your lid so you can just clamp the lid mechanically then heat in dry nitrogen
or vacuum to cure and seal.
