Hello all,

I've been studying about MEMS based sensors and actuators for quite
sometime now. However, I find it unusually difficult to find good
literature about specific applications of MEMS based sensors and
actuators in aerospace industry. Can someone suggest me sources where
I can get good quality and detailed literature about latest
applications of MEMS in aerospace?
