Dear all,
I'm looking for SOI wafers with a handle thickness of 200 um (!), oxide
thickness of 2 um and a device thickness of 75 um. Especially the handle
thickness of only 200 um is quite demanding, but we can't do with thicker
handle layer. Does anybody know a supplier of such wafers?
