Hi Ed,

There are three email lists that I know of that deal with MEMS. One in the
States, one in Canada (mems@cmc.ca) and one in Europe, mstnet. I can't add your
name to the Canadian or European one myself, but I did leave complete
instructions on how to sign on in the Request for Discussion for
sci.engr.micromachining.
