Hi, everyone,

Anybody can explain to me why piezoelectric sensing
technique is less used for micromachined pressure
sensors than piezoresistive and capacitive sensing?
It's said that the great potential limitation of
piezoelectric materials is that they can only produce
DC voltage instead of DC current? I can't understand
this point. Is it the cause that piezoelectric sensing
is less used?
