What is actual results? If u meant that were the experimental results,
the experiments can also have lots of errors if they are not properly
designed and manipulated. The solvers in MEMCAD have the reputation in
academic and industrial societies for many years, though they are new to
the micro-world. The accuracy of your simulation results may largely
depends on your boundary condition setting, mesh quality and the
properties settings. If they are properly defined, you can rely on your
simulation results with some reservations, because of the undergoing
development in this area.
