An Introduction to MEMS Short Course will be held on January 9-10, 2002 at
Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. This short course will allow
participants to understand the technology of MEMS along with their various
applications, in addition to gaining hands-on experience using our
university resources. The registration deadline is December 17, 2001.
