Hi Zhang,
An excellent starter book for surface tension studies is "The Science of
Soap Films and Soap Bubbles" by Cyril Isenberg, ISBN 0-486-26960-4. It
reads very easily, and has extensive examples. Plus, it's a Dover book, so
it's only $10.95.
