We at Simon Fraser University is planning on offering a 5 day hands-on
micromachining course involving bulk and surface micromachining. Some of the
surface micromachining details is to be cleared. We will announce soon. If
everything goes well, then the course might take place sometime during the end
of March or Early April 1996.
