Dear members:

We are looking for conductive epoxy suitable for so-gel application,
i.e, it can be spinned cast on Si and will cure under normal
conditions. We need to adhere piezoelectric material onto Si wafer
using this method. Does anybody know such a product that can provide
some decent conductivity and adhesion?

Also, does anybody know where can I get thin Si wafers with Si3N4 (or
SiO2) on BOTH sides?
