After receiving a number of positive responses about holding a conference
on PCB (laminate) MEMS, I contacted IMAPS (www.impas.org).  They are
holding a MEMS Advanced Technology Workshop in Denver on September 6-8,
2002.  They are now going to add a session devoted to PCB (laminate) MEMS
that I am going to chair.  The event will be posted on their website in the
near future, and they will begin accepting abstracts at that time.

Additionally, I attempted to email my two laminate MEMS presentations to
everyone that requested them.  Unfortunately, several of the emails bounced
back.  If you requested them, but did not receive them, please email me again.
