What form of carbon? DLC, diamond, graphite, etc..

Hi all,

I am wondering if there is anyone out there doing deposition and
patterning of
carbon?  I am trying to source a partner to develop a process, so it
will be
small sample numbers (10 wafers) that I am interested in initially.
