The call for papers for the IMAPS "3rd Advanced Technology Workshop on
Packaging of MEMS and Related Micro Integrated Nano Systems" has been
released.  The deadline is March 15th.  The information is available at:

I am the session chairman for the session devoted to PCB/laminate MEMS.  I
am relaying this information to the group because so many people have
contacted me about it.  If you submit an abstract, put "PCB MEMS" as the
