Hello,
I am looking for a good packaging/packaging material voor MEMS and IC, which
is capable of high temperatures (up to 3200 degrees celcius). Does someone
know which material I can use, or a company who makes these packages? And,
does someone know a company who makes MEMS temperature-sensors for these
high temperatures.
