Hi,
We are trying to develop a release protocol for MEMS
structures,here at NC State University.
We are looking for simple cantilever beam structures
for this purpose,which can be electrically tested
after they have been released.
Does anybody know of a vendor who can provide us with
unreleased cantilever beams for our studies?
