Hi Jianming,
Try Norsam Technologies (norsam.com), Alphatechnologies (alphat.com), or
even a generic MEMS house like Standard MEMS (stmems.com) or Applied MEMS
(appliedmems.cc). Any of them should be able to handle patterning glass,
wet etch, and fusion bonding for a prototype. Let me know if they're not
able to and I'll give you a couple more places.

We are looking for a company to do prototyping on a microfluidics device.
The
device has two glass layers those are fused together. On the surface of one
of the pieces, 20-30 um deep channels are etched (can use wet etch). I
really
appreciate that anyone can give me contact information for a company who
does
this. Thanks.
