 Dear MEMS Researchers,
I need some help with Ansys Multi-Physics module. I would like to
know if I can convert the L-Edit layout file which I can later convert to
*.IGES file which can be used in the ANSYS Multi-Physics simulation module.
I would really appreciate it if you can tell me if there is any command or
something like that. Or do we need to a separate software to do this
conversion ? Thanks a lot for your help. One more thing is that, in L-Edit
all layers that are drawn are in 2-D . In Ansys these need to be in 3-D for
simulation purposes. Is there any option/command to do this conversion??
Thanks again.
