A 1997 article J.C. Lotters described the application of a UV cured PDMS
for MEMS structures.
The shear modulus was approximately 250,000 Pascals.

The article used ABCR851 ((methacryloxypropyl)methylsiloxane) with
2,2-dimethoxy 2-phenylacetopheneone catalyst. ABCR851 is not currently
shown on the ABCR website.

Is there a commercial UV cured silicone which would have a similar shear
modulus.
Is there a correlation between the shear modulus and the shore durometer
measurement?
