I'd like to know what kind of metal oxide has some
moderate resistivity (~maybe 10-100 KiloOhm or
higher.)
Also I need to know how to get such kind of oxide
layer on top of conducting layer. The oxide should be
patternable by photolithography. If you are familiar
with Spindt type emitter with compensate circuit,
would you please tell me materials commonly used for
that resistive layer underneath emitter tips? Thank
you.
