HD Microsystems sells a photosensitive polyimide. The PI-2700 is sensitive
to UV radiation in the 320-450 nm range, with maximum sensitivities at 436
nm.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me companies that sell photosensitive polyimides. I am
using it as a dielectric for variable capacitors. I searched the web and
found clariant (their PIMEL series) sells the same, but they told us the
quantities they ideally sell is difficult for educational institution to
handle.
