I am looking for a new service vendor for diamond backgrind of plain
silicon and SOI wafers. With the closure of Okamoto's fine precision
service, this leaves only Disco, Aptek and GDSI available and their
capabilities are not as good as Okamoto was.

If anyone knows of other sources, please let me know.
