Does anyone know of any company in the San Francisco
Bay Area that offers DRIE and/or Wafer bonding
services for 4" wafers?   Could you please let me
know?

Also, if it's possible, I would like to have your
opinions of using such services, i.e. quality of the
work and of the service, etc...
