There is a conducting polymer developped by Bayer, which is you can
spin-coat to obtain conducting layers of 100-500 nm.
You can check at www.sigmaaldrich.com under the name
Poly(styrenesulfonate)/poly(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b]-1,4-dioxin and catalog
number 48,309-5. It is a dispersion in water of a polythiophene derivative
and polystyrene sulfonate...

Subject: [mems-talk] Searching for a thin conductive material

Hello everyone:

I am looking for a CONDUCTIVE material which is FLEXIBLE (i.e.
polymer) and can be made very THIN (about 1um or less, possible?). Can
anyone who has experience on this give me suggestions? Any input is
highly appreciated.

Bo
