I'm looking for a company which could carry out some electroplating
of gold (just standard process):
- thickness 2-4 um
- substrate: 4 inch Si and/or 4 inch glass wafer
- amount of wafers: 5-15
In case you provide with this service, please come back to me for
discussing further details. If possible, give me a rough estimation
of the costs and the production time, too.
