Hi Kaustubh,
Tousimis Inc. makes one. SC Fluids makes one. Baltec makes one. Polarion
used to make one but I can't find them anymore.
I've used the Tousimis system with good results at UCLA. Contact Yianni at
301-881-2450.
SC Fluids supposedly has a great system. www.scfluids. 603-598-0408.
Got nothing to say about Baltec, cause I've never used it. Looks good on
spec though. And the unit looks more modern than the other two.
Depending on size of your sample, you might even get away with SC dryers
for SEM samples.
Good luck.

Subject: [mems-talk] critical point dryers
Hi,
I am looking for critical point dryers to be used in
doing the Super Critical CO2 release of mems devices.
Does anybody know of any vendors where I can get them?
Also does anybody, who has used them, know how
effective these dryers are in removing stiction and
how difficult are they to operate.
Also, can they be used just "as-bought,off the shelf"
or they also require accessories?
Any information will be highly appreciated.
Thanking You.
Sincerely,
Kaustubh Bhate.
