You might want to try ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film). Sony Chemical sells
this kind of film. But I am not sure you can make them less than 1 um thick.

Good luck!

Subject: [mems-talk] Searching for a thin conductive material

Hello everyone:

I am looking for a CONDUCTIVE material which is FLEXIBLE (i.e.
polymer) and can be made very THIN (about 1um or less, possible?). Can
anyone who has experience on this give me suggestions? Any input is
highly appreciated.

Bo
