Dear David,
You can make a mask by getting a chrome blank - A virgin mask, they sell it with
resist on top. transfer the patern using you transparancy as a mask and etch the
chrome. If you need the pattern directly on glass, you can use an old mask or
glass wafer, spin coat it with resist, and pattern.

to save money, he won't make Cr-mask. He told me I can find a kind of glass
coated with photoresist and transfer the figures onto the glass. But the boss
has no ideal how to get the glass. Could you please tell me some information
about this kind of glass if you had used it?
