Try a PhD thesis in the 99 or 98 time frame at the Oregon Graduate Institute by
Fabian R?????.  I can't remember the full name but I can get it if needed.
Fabian did an extensive ohmic contact study as well as real time TEM
observations of the interface during the anneal...I saw the film and it is quite
impressive, also I think he presented at an MRS meeting......He now works for
Tri-Quint.....
