Check out AI Technology, Inc. http://www.aitechnology.com/enter.html. I've
used their high temperature silver epoxy (Trm cure in 24-hour; curing time
shortens with elevated temperatures) and am very satisfied with it. Their
sales and application engineers are also very helpful.
