I have a sigma-delta force balanced accelerometer which is clocked at
frequencies up to 1MHz. The device has been fabricated and evaluated, however
we have not tested the frequency response at high frequencies. It shouyld,
however be good up to the tens of kHz, at least theoretically. let me know if
