I have been heard a lot about different books on mechanics of materials and
numerous equations are involved. And now, I am looking for a kind of solvers
which help to give as outputs the charts of deflections and torsions of e.g.
springs and beams, versus the sizes and the mechanical parameters (Loads,
stresses, ...) exerted on the solid. Roark's formulas has been digitised and
provided for commercial use with the TK solver by uts co'. has anyone used these
package before, and does it worth it for MEMS analysis ? Any other solvers
(especially cost-effective) are welcoming with a big thank you for any help you
could provide.
