Thomas,
I've had the best success with ANSYS by working with a local reseller. They
generally have fairly broad experience.

Subject: [mems-talk] Electrostatic Simulation using ANSYS
Dear MEMS community,
I'm working in the domain of electrostatic MEMS actuators and currently I'm
trying to simulate my device using ANSYS 5.7. There is a quite interesting
model called TRANS126 which enables the coupling of electrostatics to
mechanics and vice versa. However, its application is not trivial. So I
wonder
if anybody can give me a hint or can even provide me a logfile or part of
it.
This would be so great! Or do you know an ANSYS forum where these kind of
questions are discussed?
Thanks a lot,
Thomas
