Has anybody ever heard of or used SAMCO's UV-Ozone
Cleaners? I wonder how much one of these systems would
cost us and if it's worth the money. They claim to
have the best UV-Ozone system in the market. Any kind
of information is appreciated.

We are also considering their ICP etching systems.
Also please send me any information you might have on
their ICP tool.
