Dear colleagues,

 I am seeking any information regarding the interaction of mercury with
 silicon.  Pointers to published papers will be appreciated.

 Secondly, I am seeking a manufacturer of thin (75< x <300 microns))
 2" silicon wafers.  The manufacturer must have the capability to
 polish both sides to  achieve good planarity and uniform thickness.
  I  know of one already, but I will like to broaden my search.
