Hi,
I'd like to ask about the possible capacitor values that can be fabricated using
AMS 0.8um.
I mean the value of capacitor/unit area for different capacitor configurations
(e.g. capacitor between Poly1 & Metal1).
Unforunately,the design file i have for AMS 0.8um used by LEDIT MEMS PRO,doesn't
have any values for capacitors.
