Hi all,

I had promised to send images of metal on SU8 to an interested MEMxchange
member, but have forgotten who it was for, if the interested party is still
interested, please let me know.  The images are SEMs of the sidewall of an
SU8 structure with copper and platinum sputtered on the surface.
