MEMS community - I would like to know in the field of metrology and
calibration of MEMS microstructures to develop certain guidelines.  Please
respond to this e-mail whoever is interested in this area of research.  I
would like to  participate in a round robin test of MEMS microstructures to
develop the guidelines.  Please provide any insight that you may
have.  Ramesham
