Polymber molding

Hi,
I'm trying to mold a polymer device. The process is like this: polymer solution
(PMMA dissolved in Acetone, for example) is injected into a fabricated mold, on
which are some channels and patterns. We are expecting that the liquid polymer
just flows via channel and reaches each corner of the pattern to form wanted
shapes. However, the polymer inevitably flows onto to the surface of mold and
eventually covers whole surface. Do you have some successful experience on such
polymer molding?

Best regards
