A synopsis of the micromachine report (ATIP96.021) probably will be available
soon at the above-listed Web site. Although it is not there at this writing,
synopses of reports ATIP96.001 through ATIP96.019 have been posted, so it seems
likely that they will post the later ones, too, before long.
