Hi
    I am looking for a top-channell MOSFET or MISFET device with a
relatively low threshold voltage
(~ -5 - 5V) or large channell area (> 20x10 microns) for spatially
resolved imaging of transport
behavior in the on and off states by Scanning Probe Microscopy. I will be
grateful for any advice or
suggestion as to where such device can be available.
