Hi all,

I want to know how to use one particular entry in the material property database
entry for electrical conductivity parameter, in MPD editor of CoventorWare
software tool. That particular entry is mentioned as "T,z table". z  I think
refers to depth of the junction. But T value I dont know. Is it temperature? If
so, what values to be put.
environmental temp or furnace temperature? please if any body know, reply
immediately. other one, Limited diffusion too I would like to know if anybody
knows about it.
