Ohio MEMSNet

Ohio MEMSNet was formally awarded by the state of Ohio. The purpose of this
project is to establish a statewide fabrication, design, and testing
infrastructure capability for the new and growing field of MEMS. For more
information, please see "http://summit.bor.ohio.gov" on the World Wide Web
(WWW).

LISA now on the World Wide Web

The Laboratory for the Integration of Sensors and Actuators (LISA), Department
of Engineering Physics; Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, now has a home page on
the World Wide Web (WWW). The URL is "http://lisa.polymtl.ca".

Introduction to MEMS Short Course
21-22 Sept. 95, Cleveland, Ohio

This short course has been developed for engineers and scientists from all
disciplines who are interested in gaining an understanding of the design,
fabrication, and characterization of sensors, actuators, and microsystems. The
content is tailored to provide participants with the basic knowledge necessary
to start designing MEMS. The instructor is Prof. Mehran Mehregany. For more
information, please see
