Dear Mems-Talk Users,

We need information about stiction behaviour of supercooled liquid water to
silicon in subzero temperatures. Can anybody guide us to a reference or
share experience about what happens when stiction starts appearing between
the supercooled water (or ice) and the silicon surface. The silicon surface
mentioned is an etched silicon membrane with no additional layer on it.
