We want to buy small amount of polysilicon bridge chips for
testing
purpose.
The specs:
Thickness: 1~2 um
Width: < 5 um, smaller the better
Length: > 20 um
Distance to the substrate: not specified, as long as there is
a gap.
Resistance: not specified, as long as it conducts.
And there should be two metal pads (Al or Au) for wire
bonding.
