Sarah,
most glass is photo definable given the right adhesion and resist coating.
Are you looking for glass discs you will treat, or resist coated discs. If you
are doing the treatment you can buy round glass discs from any supplier. I
purchase 300 m.m. and 200 m.m. discs for temperature tests in my ovens. If you
are doing the treatment I can a supply this sort of manufacturer and also prime
the discs for you ready for you to resist coat. let me know if I can help.

Subject: [mems-talk] Photo-definable glass

Hello there
I am looking for some information on photo-definable glass.
Could anyone please help me with the following:

Suppliers?
Approx cost per wafer 4" diameter - sample quantities?
Minimum thickness?

Many thanks
Sarah
