Removing PDMS

2003-02-12
Hi all,

I have been casting PDMS structures using SU-8 molds for microfluidics. The
cured PDMS seems to leave residue on my structure and the silicon base. Does
anybody know any methods to remove the PDMS without 'hurting' the SU-8? Also
does anybody know of a way to permantly render the silicon surface 'stick-free'
for further PDMS casting?

Thanks.
