Coat the electrodes with parylene

Hi, everyon in MEMS-talk,

Is there someone who could offer a help and coat our electrodes with
parylene?
We are doing a program and need some electrodes coated with parylene. The
electrodes are some kind of aluminum alloy or steel with length 2in and
width 1/2in. The thickness of coating is about 2 micron. The possible
problem is the detachment or breakdown of coating from electrode
substrate, expecilly when the electrodes is used under the solutions and
stressed by high frequency voltage. An common method is applied silane
adhesion promoter before parylene coating.
If someone can do such kind of parylene coating and would like give us a
hand, please contact Kailiang (kawang@me.rochester.edu).
Thank you very much.
